Listen, Act, and Transform
Most of my clients experience issues including co-occurring disorders. Clients need support understanding why they make certain choices and the impact of those choices. My goal is to help my clients identify and practice positive coping skills to manage their mental health and substance use.
I have combined experience as an addictions counselor and work with family’s using the Functional Family Therapy model for adolescents involved with the department of corrections. My area of focus is working with individuals and families to overcome traumatic experiences that present as depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, or substance abuse.
Those interested in learning how to improve their relationships with family, peers, and self are welcome to reach out.
